RAFAELGUIM — Rafael Guimarães. Porto Alegre, Brazil.

These terms govern purchases made through rafaelguim.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The Work

RAFAELGUIM sells original works and limited-edition prints by the artist Rafael Guimarães. Every limited edition is capped at 300 copies, individually numbered, hand-signed by the artist, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity documenting the title, edition number, date, and artist signature. Once an edition sells out, no additional copies are produced.

2. Purchases & Payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Payment is charged at checkout. An order is considered confirmed only once payment has cleared. RAFAELGUIM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, in which case the full amount is refunded.

3. Shipping

Works ship from Porto Alegre, Brazil. Prints are packed in protected mailing tubes. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout. International tracking is provided where available. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the destination country's postal service and customs.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and cannot be estimated or refunded by RAFAELGUIM.

5. Damage in Transit

If a work arrives damaged, the buyer must notify RAFAELGUIM within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], including photographs of the damaged packaging and the work itself. A free replacement print of the same edition will be sent at no additional cost, subject to remaining edition stock.

6. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates a package is lost in transit, RAFAELGUIM will send a free replacement once the carrier has formally confirmed the loss, subject to remaining edition stock.

7. Wrong Item Sent

If the wrong edition or work is shipped, RAFAELGUIM will send the correct work at no additional cost and cover return shipping of the incorrect item where required.

8. Manufacturing Defects

Prints found to contain manufacturing defects present at the time of dispatch are eligible for a free replacement, subject to notification within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

9. Returns

Limited-edition prints are final sale. RAFAELGUIM does not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted in the cases of manufacturing defects, damage in transit, loss in transit, or the wrong item being sent, as described above.

10. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed.

11. Social Contribution

US$5 from every print sold goes directly to Projeto Surfar, the social project supported by the artist. Details of the project are published on the Social Work page.

12. Intellectual Property

All works, images, texts, and materials on rafaelguim.com are the intellectual property of Rafael Guimarães. Purchasing a print grants the buyer ownership of the physical object only. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Prints may not be reproduced, resold commercially, exhibited for profit, or used in any derivative work without written permission from the artist.

13. Privacy

RAFAELGUIM collects only the information required to process orders, ship works, and communicate with buyers and subscribers. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Buyers may request access to or deletion of their data at any time by writing to [email protected].

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be resolved under Brazilian jurisdiction.
